The 54th Annual Awards

On 30 December, The 54th Annual Awards "Kagayaku! Japan Record Awards "were held, and bring up the" Manatsu no Sounds good! "as the winner of The Best Song of The Year 2012. This is the second time the award-winning after AKB48 's single "Flying Get" won last year.

General Manager, AKB48 's Takahashi Minami "I'm so happy. Last year, we try very hard to be able to win it, but this year, we feel we have to win it as a sign of AKB48 2nd Chapter has already started. I'm proud we were able to grab it when a lot of other great musicians here ".

In the meantime, AKB48, producer Yasushi Akimoto, won the award for The Best Song Writer 2012 through song:
